｜CONCEPT
Jiyugaoka is a city with various unique spots here and there. Since the living space is one of the attractive spots in this town, I tried to make it interesting and varied.
The spatial composition is a complex stacking of 12 flats of different types within a systematic plan. The core part was consolidated and the common part was minimized. As an expression of this, the outer wall of the core part uses corten steel as a design accent. In addition, the H-shaped RC pillars placed in the core part also bear the lateral force, making it possible to create a free and open floor with respect to the frontage by using other flat pillars.
Many of the flats have a three-dimensional spread due to maisonettes, giving each one its own personality. Increasing the number of unique stocks like this will contribute to the charm of the city.
