A villa with a gentle south-facing slope close to Kiyosato Kogen. Mt. Fuji, Northern Alps, Yatsugatake on all sides. The building consists of 12 factory-made insulation panels. Insert a triangular intermediate member into the panel-to-panel joint at the site and assemble while fixing the angle.
For the wall surface, a panel made by sandwiching 105 mm core material with structural plywood is used as the structural material. The inside of the panel is filled with a heat insulating material, and has excellent airtightness and heat insulating properties. As for the whole, the outer skin is integrally finished without distinction of the wall and the roof by waterproof coating.
The opening is a FIX window except for the panel to make the inside and outside boundaries thin. The ventilation window has the same finish as the wall surface, with details that do not disrupt the rhythm of the wall and opening.
