The site is located at the corner of Higashiazabu, facing the Tokyo Tower. By providing pillars on the outer periphery and adopting flat slabs, the interior is designed to be flexible without beams.
The diagonal pillars on the outer periphery not only function effectively as a structure, but also design and organize offices and houses in different forms.
