|CONCEPT

A villa located on a gentle south-facing slope close to the Kiyosato Plateau. Fuji, the Northern Alps, and Yatsugatake can be seen in all directions. The building consists of 12 factory-fabricated insulation panels. Insert a triangular intermediate member into the joint of the panel and the panel on site, and assemble while fixing the angle.
The walls are made of panels sandwiched between structural plywood with a core of 105mm. The inside of the panel is filled with a heat insulating material to provide excellent airtightness and heat insulation. Overall The outer skin is finished integrally without distinguishing between walls and roofs with a waterproof coating film.
By using FIX windows in the openings other than the panels, the boundary between inside and outside was diluted. The windows for ventilation are finished in the same way as the walls, and the details do not break the rhythm of the walls and openings.
