|CONCEPT

A condominium apartment centered on one-room units.
The terrace floor is set higher than the interior using inverted beams in order to obtain a view on the nearby premises.
By doing this, we set up a window that reaches to the very limit of the ceiling, and then fold it up so that the view spreads out to the sky. The view spread out into the sky became a comfortable room without worrying about the surrounding hustle and bustle.
The entrance is made of Ryukyu limestone and weather-resistant steel plates. On the ceiling, we set up the lighting fixtures that our company did up to the construction, so that the striped pattern spreads due to the interference of light.
The façade creates a pattern with glossy and matte white tiles, and the expression changes depending on the weather and time of day.
