This is a commercial and office complex facing Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku.
Won first prize in a proposal competition with three organization design firms.
The facade is a vertical louver integrated with an aluminum sash, and forms a rhythmic pattern while shielding sunlight. Glass changes its transparency according to its height. The lower layer emphasizes transparency, while the upper layer increases the reflectivity and reflects the sky, while reducing the heat load.
