A concrete house with one basement floor and five floors above ground. Despite its simple planar shape, the height and brightness of the ceiling are sharpened, and the structure is three-dimensionally complex like a building block, while maximizing the volume.
The living room on the top floor is a stairwell with a view of the skyscrapers in the center of the city.
The details were concrete from the kitchen to the washbasin.
The road side, which is structurally a non-bearing wall, is made of noncombustible wood.
