I Harmony between site and architecture
・ Harmony with zelkova trees in Omotesando
The design is based on the motif of "leaves" that harmonize with the zelkova trees that characterize Omotesando.
"Leaves of trees" are not just decorations, they are structures and at the same time characterize the interior space. With such a lean and rational design, we create architecture that has value that does not weather in the era.

II Structural planning
The leaf-shaped structure is made up of two layers of pre-cast concrete (hereafter PC) produced at the factory. By using the PC method, the construction period is shortened while ensuring higher earthquake resistance and fire resistance than steel structures. It also contributes to extending the life of the building and reduces life cycle costs.

III Plan
By limiting the structure to the outer perimeter of the building and adopting a flat slab for the floor, a flexible space with no columns or beams inside is realized. The interior will be a well-formed plan with little space loss and easy to use.
