In commemoration of the resurrection of Fritz Hansen's 2007 "SPIN" chair in Japan, he designed a covering for the exhibition. The title, "Yumeshita Komei," is one of the colors of the twelve simple attacks. It shows red plum blossoms buried in the snow, and foretells the coming of spring in a severe cold. It is a sight where you can feel the strength and warmth while it freezes.
To express the overlapping of snow and the color of crimson, dark red fabric was wrapped in four thin and soft laces.
I thought that expressing the traditional aesthetic sense of Japan, which continued from peace, reflecting the beauty of nature and the accompanying emotions in color, would be appropriate to commemorate the revival of "SPIN" in Japan.
