While development along arterial roads is progressing, there are scattered lands in the city that have not been effectively developed due to various laws and regulations. However, there may be some development methods based on different ideas, and if you change the ideas, you may be able to create high value.

Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, and the quiet main site cannot plan a special building with a total floor area of ​​more than 1000m1 due to the approach road conditions. For this reason, a multi-storey building that does not become a special building was planned on the main site that had been left undeveloped, and the maximum volume was secured. The dwelling units consist of a basement 1st floor and 2st floor, a 3nd floor and a 4rd floor, each consisting of four layers of maisonette dwelling units. Each unit is placed on the site as densely as possible.
In addition, by adopting the RC wall type structure, the interior space without columns and beams has room for height, and the elements such as rich space, excellent living environment, and high flexibility are fused at a high level. , Offers to residents.
