|CONCEPT

While development along arterial roads is progressing, the city center is dotted with land that has been left undeveloped due to various laws and regulations. However, there may still be development methods with different ideas, and if we change our ideas, we may be able to create high value.
This project will serve as an opportunity to reconsider this point, and can serve as an excellent concrete example.
Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, this quiet site cannot be planned for a special building with a total floor area of 1000 m2 or more due to road access conditions. Therefore, on this site, which has been left undeveloped, we planned a multi-story row house that would not be a special building, and secured the maximum volume. The residential units consist of 4 floors, each consisting of maisonette units stacked on the 1st and 1st basement floors, and the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are arranged as densely as possible on the site.
In addition, by adopting a RC wall structure, the interior space without pillars and beams has extra height, and the elements such as rich space, excellent living environment, and high flexibility are fused at a high level. , is provided to residents.
This project is a project that will lead to the creation of value as real estate, the improvement of living value, and the formation of a high-quality urban environment. We develop high-density land that could not be developed due to laws and ordinances, etc., and provide a rich and excellent space and living environment.
The accumulation of high-quality stock that can maintain high value over the long term will revitalize the surrounding area and the city and contribute to the city's appeal.
