This is the second installment of the DEUXFLE base series that I used to work on in Minami Azabu. The purpose is to develop newly undeveloped land and create high value under various regulations and conditions.
This project is in Seijo, Setagaya-ku. The site is excellent in living environment and quiet, and there are strict regulations such as height restrictions and greening. Therefore, as a condominium, we planned a multi-storey building that does not become a special building on this site where development is inefficient, and secured the maximum volume by using the underground space. The dwelling units consist of a basement 1st floor and 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, each of which is a 4-story structure with maisonette dwelling units stacked.
By adopting the RC wall structure, the interior space has no pillars or beams, providing a rich and excellent living environment to the residents within a limited height.
In addition, by arranging the dwelling units at a high density, a sufficient space is created between the detached house and the adjacent land, and an excellent environment is provided not only for the dwellers but also for the neighborhood.
This project will lead to value creation as real estate, improvement of living value, and formation of a better quality urban environment. The land that has not been developed due to regulations and ordinances has been developed at high density to provide a rich and excellent space and living environment.
