|CONCEPT

The interior of our office in Mita, Minato-ku.
In a long and narrow space of just under 30 tsubo, we focused on knowledge management and aimed to create an office with high intellectual productivity.
As a feature of the plan, a center table with a length of about 10m is placed in the center of the space, and a personal worth space surrounds it.
The aim was to provide an environment where the staff could easily look back on the meeting, and to share various information by holding the meeting centered around the employees.
Materials such as catalogs and magazines are accumulated at the bottom of the center table so that they can be taken out immediately during the meeting. In addition, it is possible to flexibly respond to changes in the number of part-time workers and open desks.
