| CONCEPT

Located on the 2008st floor of Senri Central Hospital, which opened in 1, the interior design of the restaurant was designed from the interior to menu and service with the concept of health.
Chisato was originally a hilly area with bamboo grove. Bamboo grows very fast and has long been a symbol of health and vitality. It is considered to be one of the clean plants because of its lush and straight growth.
It is a material suitable for the place of Chisato and the concept of health.
Under the bamboo theme, bamboo was used from flooring and walls to displays. By arranging green bamboo through the glass and lighting it, we created a fresh space with an external space inserted.
